Can confirm for Launcher version 1.0.104.0 (in the AppxManifest, the version is described as 1.18.203.0)

Bumping this.

Still an issue on the new launcher - seems to be for Norwegians only.

If you as a Norwegian buy Minecraft today, you will be UNABLE to play it with Windows set to Norwegian.

This has now been an issue for MONTHS, since the new launcher was released!

Please note that the Mojang notice is old, from the same issue on the now old launcher.

The new launcher has this exact same issue in Norwegian. When Windows system language is set to Norwegian, the launcher does not open. When changing Windows to English, everything works.

This issue means noone can use the new launcher, if their language is Norwegian. Should be a high priority. New Minecraft players get the new launcher by default, and can not fallback to the old.

Do you mean that the torches not are connected to the wool block? I think this village is randomly spawn. It is probably because your computer have a low amount of RAM, so it did not handle the world gen. If you give the torches a block update will the torches drop. I recommend you to write a better title and Description.
