Upvoted. I just realized this is in my world as well.
In my case not ALL of mine have disappeared, like only two where left fortunately. But I lost some of the villagers I had since the world was on Xbox 360 because of this bug.
FOR MOJANG - This world has been transferred from Xbox 360, to Xbox One, to Windows 10, then to Bedrock Realms.
This also happens IN game as well.
