I had the same issue in Minecraft Bedrock whilst in the beta if you are in beta that is probably the reason for the issue

If you need something from the Marketplace you will probably have to leave beta and go back into it.

@Auldrick - I will get the world seed later on, but I believe the issue is happening on my other worlds too.
