I Know how to fix it First copy your worlds and resource packs to another folder then delete minecraft launcher and then open run and type %appdata% and press enter and delete (.minecraft)file make sure u have copy your worlds to another folder and reinstall minecraft it will work now run minecraft 1 time and then quit it and open run and type %appdata% and go to .minecraft and put your worlds in saves folder it worked for me
