I made sure the name is correct, not misspelled, I got the same response even when typing in my husband's  and my own player name when trying to rebuild the whitelist.json, in case the original was corrupt. I assure you I didn't make mistakes with our own names. As to the new players I was trying to add, when I got "player does not exist" I not only questioned them, but checked out the name and spelling on namemc.com. We can't all run a server from our home, our ISP forbids the running of servers under their contract. A hosting service is our only choice, but it used to work with this same hosting provider.

First of all your Bot Arisa need adjustment, 1.14.3 is a released version,  Second, I run a Minecraft server and have lost almost half of my players because of this not being able to turn off VBO since 1.14 came out

.  Much of the Minecraft community are Kids or young adults, who often can't afford top of the line computers.  Are you guys trying to chase players away, I would think you would want to have new players come and play while keeping the old ones, just seems like a sensible business practice.  Not all these young people have the latest and greatest equipment, Just my two cents worth
