now i create a resource pack include my skin.

ok i find the problem, i was change the alex skin with my skin, because i was offline, so the game is crashed when i was do that, but when i was do that with the older version the game was never crash, why?

yes true, same here, every time i enter minecraft in all versions (1.7,1.8,1.9,1.10,1.11,1.12,1.13 and all), the game not respond, and not just on my PC, its happens too with my friends.
