I am having this issue also, I will find a cleric to trade zombie flesh with, level him up to level 2, name tag him, and then put him in a building with my other clerics/brewing stands. I will look away and come back and he has changed to a leatherworker or fisherman. still nametagged and still level 2 but different profession
