Even when installing the datapack on a single-player world, then uploading that world onto the realm, the error still occurs.
I have tried different versions as well. Anything from 1.21 seems to be incompatible with datapacks.
At first, I tried messing around with the datapacks to make sure they were compatible, but the issue still occurs, even when they are experimental features like "minecart movement".
