Update 2: The bug seems to have been already reported three times already, and I don’t think this is a linux issue anymore, it might be an AMD graphics driver issue.
Update: I have done more testing, this does not happen in the earlier version (25w43a) and it seems like the issue lies with the new anisotropic filtering in the snapshot, though disabling it did not do anything about the issue.
