Mouse: Logitech M720 Triathalon. Mouse wheel is in "click" mode, where each click is supposed to scroll one line (and did so in previous versions of Minecraft)
I've tried modifying the Mouse Sensitivity option and it doesn't seem to do anything. Issue is also intermittent, sometimes a single click does scroll only one line, other times it jumps 2 or 3 or 10.
Edit: I'll also confirm that disabling Smooth Scrolling in the Logitech Options application does appear to work around this issue. Go to the Point & Scroll tab, change Smooth Scrolling to "Disabled".
