Same. I built a great bow with power V and punch II, it one shot all basic mobs. Since the most recent update not only has the damage dealt decreased so that it rarely one shots unless at point blank range, but also the trajectories of the arrows over distance has changed. I feel like I have to relearn how to shoot a bow!

Playing Bedrock on Android and this happens to me occasionally too. I thought at first it only happened when standing on the bed before pressing use to sleep, but it has occasionally happened without that. Seems random and not connected to blocks either side of the bed, or player position when initiating sleep
