Oh turns out it happens in the inventory with copper golem statues! According to this bug report: MC-302183

Yeah I got scared too when they started pre-releases.

They look like they’re going south in the F3 screen, but when I try to send the world file it says I “can’t submit the request”.

I should also note that there are no copper chests on the topmost level.
