Hello - This is having an issue in Version 1.9 full release, where the portals located at: 311 66 137 (Facing South) overworld will take you to: 25 98 34 (Facing East) - nether to return you to: 198 72 274 overworld. - (Facing West)
It can also place the nether portal in mid-air, or ontop (both) of trees (overworld)
