Same problem. There is a lot of people with the same problem, you can see it on Reddit. It seems there is no solution on consoles. What triggers the bug mostly is to exit and save being on The end or in the Nether.

Same, on xbox one x. Also exited in the end. I've heard that exiting both the end and nether can cause this bug.

I have the same problem. Saved on the end cause there was a previous bug in which the second "dimension" wasnt entirely loaded, so i saved, exited and entered again. It worked the first time, but the second time the game just stucked in the infinite loading world screen.

Also tried your solutions. Im on xbox one x.
