Hello. The issue you're having is not a bug. Simply you deleted the worlds by deleting Minecraft. If don't have backups outside of the Minecraft folders they're gone forever. I'm sorry... But there isn't anything anyone can do... Have a good day!
I broke them after and there was only like 7 bees alive (before braking I did /kill)
But i had so many hives
