if it doesnt show in your bank details, then you didnt pay for it. if it did show, then its a bug and you should either message Mojang's customer support service, but I do not know if they will respond, because they are very bussy

it wont let me update it, so i cant open it! it does respond, but it says "unable to update Minecraft Native Launcher."
