In this picture this water stays like this all the time it will not disappear.
[media]I've tried to remove the blocks by hand block by block, by /fill an area, and structuring in air, nothing works.
I was on a Realm on PC trying to clear it and my game started to chug along, jerking as I moved, and it does the same thing, you can remove them but they come back.
Damn it! I thought it was just an Xbox issue but I just spent time on the PC Minecraft to clear it all but after saving and going back in the blocks came back.
huh how is this resolved I just tried to add some ladders to structure void blocks and it doesn't work, so when I tried finish a part of my map I just can't finish it, even though the ladders placed on structure void block before this bug are still in place on structure void blocks. NOT resolved.
@tyashtar. It's a good thing I tested this before I did this because I have built a pentagram hundreds of blocks wide glowing in the dark sky made using lava and suspended in the air using structure void blocks, if I had of moved it, it would of made a mess of my DOOM area.
@Kinga Izdebska Yeah I've just tried it on 1.18 on my friends Realm again and it still doesn't include the structure void blocks when loading the structure elsewhere.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a structure block on ground (Size X:5, Y:5, Z:5 - Offset: X:0, Y:0, Z:0) and within it I built a 3x3 and 2 block high cup using structure void blocks to hold one bucket of lava in the centre of the cup. So now you should have lava suspended by the invisible structure void blocks.
2. I then saved the structure void cup holding the lava bucket in the centre in the structure block.
3. But when I load the structure elsewhere none of the structure void blocks were included so the lava just drops and spreads.
I was expecting the lava to still be contained by the structure void blocks, but as the structure block didn't load in the structure void blocks which contained the lava, the lava just drops to the floor and spreads out.
@GoldenHelmet You are amazing, I think you've fixed it. I've been trying to make it crash for about 5 mins in that area and it seems to be rock solid on my Xbox. I want thank you for all your effort and I hope my only world stays fixed.
@GoldenHelmet Nah it still crashes on the Xbox the moment I moved around the bottom back end of the shuttle near the engines 😞. I was starting to think maybe it was my Xbox One that was the issue but I've just got the Series X and still it crashes in that area.
Anything other than the stuff I've built I don't mind being deleted. Isn't their a way to just copy and paste the whole lot into a clean world?
@GoldenHelmet When I first loaded it on the Realm it stuttered for a bit in those co-ordinates I mentioned in my first comment and then it was rock solid continously on the Realm but the moment I downloaded it from the Realm and played the map from the console itself it crashed the moment I moved in that area.
p.s I have no idea what UME is.
@GoldenHelmet Any idea when I am going to get a fix for this issue, it was first reported in 2017 and then it went quiet, and then in 2020 I reopened the same issue with a link to the first report and it seems to have gone quiet again. I only have one world which I started in 2014 and I don't want to lose it, I just can't do much in it with these constant crashes.
ok thanks.
You said you explored the world without it crashing but did you explore the exact co-ordinates on an Xbox One and fly around that area quoted in my original post here?
I just downloaded the Realm onto my PC and when I explored the co-ordinates it seemed fine, but when I downloaded it back onto my Xbox One from the Realm and then explored the same co-ordinates it crashed immediately. This time it crashed at 126, 115, 672 and I took a screenshot when it crashed again. It seems to be only an Xbox One issue.
Ok I will link it here.
I have downloaded the .mcworld file to my PC. Now what do I need to do?
@[Mod] GoldenHelmet I can setup a Realm for the reason you need, just let me know what I need to do and when you are ready because it costs money.
Yes this world was converted from Xbox 360 to Xbox One then over to Minecraft Bedrock.
Yes I have tried to clone in that area which worked but it still crashes the game if I enter that area which can happen over quite a large area.
Yes I have made copies of this world many times over the years since it had started crashing and that hasn't made any difference.
It was the build but I moved it years ago when I tried to fix the problem myself because no one was replying to my issue but it is still roughly in the same area. So yes I could clone it, but I tried to go into that area recently which is quite a large area that crashes so I can't do anything without it crashing.
No command blocks are inside that paticular build, and I don't think any blocks that are not currently obtainable are either.
Most the map I build in is safe to do so but quite a large area is off limits, but occassionally I get visitors who wonder into that area and the whole game freezes and then crashes back to the Xbox dashboard.
No I do not have access to a Realm. I have PC Minecraft (Bedrock) though, but I have no idea how to share worlds.
Also why does it say Resolved when I have been waiting years for this to be resolved?
I am having the same issue not being able to edit a command someone else typed into the command block because I can't see where my cursor is because the Xbox on screen keyboard covers everything. Using and editing commands is now unusable.
