Commenting again because I'd like to have some answer whether this will be addressed or not please. I fail to see why my username which is non offensive is flagged as such and if there's any way to fix this that isnt the incredibly lazy answer of "pick another username". 

Its a shame that this issues is basically ignored or invalidated in such a way. If there is no interest in actually fixing the problem then they should clearly say "We have no interest in this problem nor how it affects our users and as such will not be addressing nor fixing it." Instead of copy pasting an excerpt of the same rules that state they have a "lax policy" on usernames for the game.

indeed. I created a new ticket in the hopes of having this further looked at because it is unfortunate and I want to be able to play the game but I am not comfortable with sharing the name I have on the account now.

I hope someone takes the time to check this as the username is available and used in many places so this flagging is unwarranted. Thank you.

The username is available. The filter is simply not functioning and erroneously flagging it. I fail to see how it's invalid. Whatever system is in place is not working as contextually the name is not offensive/crude/contain any bad language etc.so the issue lies in the filtering system. I will gladly open a mew ticket to ensure the filter system gets looked at.
