Tyler Horning, has this ever happened before and how long do they take to respond???

This has happened on my sons IPad, luckily mine and my daughters are still on 0.15.10 but my son is not happy!!

VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This needs to be fixed now. I can't open a world or join any friends worlds, MCPE 0.16.0 just keeps crashing.
