The download upload is the only way to restore a realm world that is on bedrock. That is the format that this is occurring on. I am sorry I am not providing pictures or video but I reported it after finding out this was a problem when we tried it and I am not dying again just to take multiple screen shots. I also do not know how to take video.
No, MCPE-78206 was a separate issue. This from what a checked was only with Demons HD skin pack possibly. Several other skin packs did not have this happen. But I chose one of the female demons and it switched me to one of the last male demons then when I went back in to try to change my skin pack I would see a third demon from the skin pack. I am sorry that I don't know how to take a video of it to show you and I don't think multiple screen shots would be very helpful.
When I download the world from the backup if someone died losing all of their equipment. When I reload the save from before the character died. The world is still at where we were before the backup would have occurred and the person is missing all of their gear. We are playing with no cheats so we cannot just bring the diamond enchanted gear back any other way and have to spend hours working for it again.
Yes, I just died on my realm about 22 hours ago and when I downloaded a backup of the world I was at the starting location with nothing on my inventory. This is the latest update on an experimental world on bedrock in my realm.
