I am playing on an iPad and having the same problem. I went from being a daily player to not playing at all because the stuttering irritates me so much. I have performed all recommended restarts, adjusted in-game settings, cache clearing, app-deletion and refreshes…nothing has improved performance. I started playing a different mobile game, which is a huge money-pit. Give me back my Minecraft! 😞
