After some research, it looks like this is a copy of a random bug (MCL-13138) that people will get sometimes. Some solutions I’ve found are changing your skin through minecraft.net, switching to another tab after being on the skins tab then switching back to the skins tab. Other than that I’m not entirely sure why that is. Hope this helps!
