I have resolved my own issue, here:Settings > Apps and Features ORSearch for Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program
Locate PremierOpinion in either of them and uninstall it. This was causing general and memory related crashes when starting up.
If you don't have PremierOpinion then check for other programs that are within this list or just anything else here:https://minecraftirc.net/support-articles/known-incompatible-software/
