I went exactly through the same as Samir, and I have a very similar log.
In addition, I deleted completely my .minecraft folder in AppData\Roaming and any "minecraft*" folder in my Program Files (x86) and did a new install from minecraft.net. Did not help.
Also tried to allow "C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft Launcher\MinecraftLauncher.exe" through my windows firewall, as well as the "Java(TM) platform SE binary" that I have listed in the firewall. Did not help as well.
I also started my Fiddler as admin while trying to connect, and it does not look like any request is being made while I try to connect.
Running Windows 10 enterprise. No mods ever used.
