That popup isn't a bug at all That "Molang" is a thing in minecraft bedrock. MoLang is a simple expression-based language designed for fast calculation of values at run-time. You can turn off this popup by:
For 1.17: Goto Setting - Creator(one with command block icon) Then turn off "Content log GUI" For 1.16: Go-to Setting - Profile Scroll all the way down and turn off "Content log GUI" That should disable the popup
