Been having this happen with our Realm as well. Mostly player count-based. We have 1-3 players on with a mix of PC, PlayStation, Switch the Realm is alright. Start getting to 6-8 players and things become unplayable. Enough so were looking at what it takes to host our own. Please take a look at this.
