Everything seems alright before a cake is crafted. As shown in this video, after a cake is made, the bug starts and all crafted items fall on the ground. Of course reload game can solve this problem. However, once you making cake again, bug appear then.

me too, after ps4 new update, all ingredients disappear but no cake product outcome
Missed that issue =/. Sorry about it.
this was happening to me too. The game was loading continuously on the screen "building terrain", and quit game can reset the problem.
