The resolution for this was a latency issue on the user end, caused by WIFI interference from the microwave oven in the kitchen. If you disagree with this, you're foolish, as you're stating that an IT professional of 27 years doesn't recognize when his daughter has logged in on his account, thinking she's hot snot, and making a report on Jira about a topic she has no business doing.
