This keeps happening to me aswell as my brother. Usually you just have to restart your computer or wait it out to fix it, but it is still highly annoying and this needs to be fixed.
I am having these exact same issues and it is getting really annoying since this is really affecting my gameplay. I really hope this gets fixed soon so I don't have to stop playing Minecraft because of how frustrated this makes me.
