Same issue on Android Alcatel tablet model T10, Android version 4.0.4 , kernel version 3.0.8+, MCPE version 0.15.10.0 I have checked all issues, and all redirected to this MCPE-8332 Black screen only when opening, after minutes of black screen, and attempt to return to home screen - get message "minecraft - pocket edition is not responding. Would you like to close it? wait/report/OK" Game continues to be running in background, as in Settings/Apps/Running game systems and processes running com.mojang.minecraftpe Only started since updated MCPE to latest version. was working previously. tried other suggestions eg going to settings, backup/reset, ensure autorestore is disabled, uninstall and re-install - no good Explorer> rename resource_packs folder in games/com.mojang, restart, and/or reinstall - no good Explorer > games/com.mojang. delete file, reinstall - no good delete cache, internal data. reinstall - no good Only have 2 games on tablet, so plenty of storage and RAM
