Can confirm in 1.21, horses still glitch out a lot while climbing stairs 

Unfortunately wasnt able to clip that, but hopefully this(my previous comment) fixes it for anyone else whos experiencing the same issue. 

Thankfully, the issue seems to be fixed now that I reinstalled minecraft and had a backup of my worlds. I think some of the audio files may have gotten corrupted but its all in order now. 

Is that an official Minecraft website? 

I wouldn't think so. I've tried 2 different headphones so far and the issue seemed to be there with both of them.
