It's because of infinite recursive , when you shoot a bow , the arrow summon another arrow , then the arrow and summoned arrow summon another arrow, and so on.
this must not be an intentional design or i will be disappointed with mojang developer , this bug is necessary to fix for building map with door taller than 2 block and the usage of command block to open and close door
