Can confirm I got the beta automaticly without any action from me. Can also confirm that updating from Google Play Store revived the stable version. Unfortunately I opened my solo world in beta mode before realizing the danger, and now I'm locked out from my world until the release of 1.21.50.
I hope Mojang can make a fix to revert worlds back to 1.21.31. I have built this world over two years and play almost every day, and I really don't want to wait until the holiday season before I can enter my world again!
