After tinkering with the datapacks, only disabling Vanilla Tweak's 'More Mob Heads' seems to have fixed this issue, I have also taken the liberity to delete it from the world folder just to be on the safe side

So- it seems I can't disable them?

I have a vanilla tweaks datapack on, they didn't cause issues before, but if they are the things causing the issue, how can I disable it?

I do have that gamerule enabled, and it's been enabled since I created the world before the 1.21 snapshots started dropping (I created the world about a week before they started dropping so I couldn't enable the 1.21 features) and I dont know how to recreate this bug since the bug only started happening since around the time of 24w8a or 24w9a
