I have this same issue. I play the Xbox One version of Bedrock and these visual glitches have been present for over 2 weeks now. I have 3 screenshots with better quality to show the issue: The horizon of an ocean appear very dark on the top. On land the graphics glitch is a bit more subtle but it's very apparent in a desert biome, in the distance the ground is distorted and buggy looking. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
