Every time there is an update. I lose my skin packs and texture packs. I have put a lot of money into this game so my children can enjoy the game. But I lose everything with each update. I am about to take my purchase orders to Xbox about this scam. This rediculous to have this much money involved, and to be treated in such a manor. Hope you can resolve this issue.
