Hi,

After update to 1.14.3 game crashes on loading screen. I have tried without wifi as well. Issue occured after changing xbox live account settings.

Anyone else having this issue?

UPDATE: Changing setting on Xbox account causes game to crash. Reinstalling the game fixes the issue again.

Just installed the update to 1.13.1 on two different ipads.

One running 9.3.5 (Ipad2)

One running 10.3.3 (Ipad4)

So please when do you expect the last of the IOS crashes to be handled in an update?

I can't see the update has been roled out however. Can you please provide information regarding the role out time and date?

The Airplane mode did not solve the issue for me neither.

This is not a bug only on Ipad but IOS. And versions from 13,2 and down. So this must be a big issue. Hope you will release a fix very soon.

If you are unable to make a roll back, would it somehow be possible to make the version 1.12 eligible for download as well as 1.13? The issue does not seem to be limited to only old outdated IOS versions. There are people here stating that they have the very same issue on IOS  13.2

Please provide some insight to the work you are doing to fix this. We are left completely in the dark with a product bought and paid for that no longer works. You cannot seriously think that is OK.

Please Jay and/or someone else. Help us understand what is going on. Even though you may not be the ones solving this, you must be able to reach out to them and give us a valid update on the issue. That is not to much to ask.

This has been an issue long enough now. 

Either roll back to 1,12 or start paying people back their money!

And please, don't state that you are very active on here. We hear NOTHING back from you. More frequent updates is a MUST in situation like this. We have paid you for this product  and it don't work.

A rollback should take no more than a day! It seems like you guys don't care at all. And if that is not the case then give us information on the progress. This has been going on for a week now, and nothing has changed.

But that only works if you have an old backup prior to this update 🙂

Hi Mega_Spud, Could you provide a status on the issue?

Same issue here. Could you (read: Mojang) please comment on the progress on this? Would be nice to know when we can expect this game to be back up and running again?

Would it be possible to download version 1.12 instead? You should make a rollback of the latest release, until you find the root cause for this issue
