updated to 19w11b and am now having this issue, where I wasn't before. crashed after opening a barrel (with item frame in hand, but I don't think that effects it). world now crashes soon after loading it.

It happens on block break as well and is noticeable worse when looking upwards
I have one that's shooting at me in spectator mode. Had a pillager tower spawn IN a village and i've been fighting them and switched to spectator and one is shooting at me still.
