I found the solution : Turn the Vsync off
1 - sorry I couldnt record a video because of the fps drop when the problem occured.

4 - İm not using any mods or texture packs.
5- Yes,all drivers are updated.
6- Yes, I updated Microsoft Store apps.
7- There is no applications running in background while I play Minecraft.
