Added 3 screenshot of a mechanism reproducing this behavior.

The two pistons receive inverted and synchronized power, making their arms to stagger.

The first is the system once built, the second is then system swithed on and the last is the system switched off again.

Notice the bug on the right piston.

Hi! I reproduced this bug and I found that it is not directly related to signal strength.
The problem is caused by some pistons retracting and expanding again, while an adjacent piston is extending, resulting in a situation similar to the one I have described for MC-6717 (two piston arms staggered).

I tested MC-6486 and I found that the piston bug constated with a pressure plate is not directly related to signal strength.

Two more, with longer power line.

PS : I noticed this bug for the first time on version 13w01a.

[Mod] Tails => Thanks ^^ Done!
Here ars screenshots of a simple mechanism to reproduce.

Hi!

I am facing the same problem on a simpler mechanism.
The problem occur whenever 2 pistons are staggered and powered simultaneously and whatever the length of the line.
So it isn't the same as MC-6486

(I can't upload screenshots : when I click, the popup is redirected to Oracle website... So here are links).
