Nope. The server runs vanilla 1.16.3 - no mods, plugins, or data packs.

Just made ilmango's witch farm with shifting floors on a server running 1.15.2, and encountered this - see my screenshot above, with the first couple tripwires engaged and observers lowered.
It’s still 1.16.3 - it was started on that version and has never changed.
