cara, não consegui descobrir nada.. e infelizmente o moderador super prestativo marcou como duplicata quando nitidamente não era.
um ou dois dias depois que eu criei essa issue eu simplesmente tentei formatar meu PC como última esperança, e graças a deus deu certo
se eu fosse você eu faria o mesmo, tentei de todas as maneiras ajeitar o problema e só isso deu certo

it's not a duplicate.. i don't get any error code, my game just freezes when building world and these are the last messages I get from the console log:
