I did earn the achievements while playing on Windows... For example, I got the Sneak 100 achievement while playing on PC but the achievements tab does not show it. Yet when I open up Minecraft on mobile, it shows that I have achieved the Sneak 100 achievement although I hardly play on mobile... So I think achievements are tracked by the account and so my PC should display it too...

Edit: May be you are right that achievements are tracked by the device. Becoz I just noticed that I had made full netherite armor (in Windows) in complete survival but got no achievement for that, neither on PC, nor on Android. But still, the problem with getting the achievements still remains

I want to repeat though that this bug is different than the one mentioned by the bot. In my case, there is no work station placed at all, like you cannot see any job site block in like 4 chunks in any direction. Also, I can't even interact with the villager even though his skin shows like he is already linked to a workstation even though its not possible. Try to understand.. I can't interact with the villager. Right-clicking just does not work on him (Not the fault of my mouse. Its all fine.)
