Edit: Apparently it only happens on servers, where can i find a resource pack that allows it?

Yeah, what i'm actually reporting, is the fact that the option is missing (as it says on their report), but it doesn't work either, so i can't toggle it by using resource packs.

The problem was the resource pack.
