srry I did search before posting but I think the search system needs some improvements as this issue didnt appear in the search results anywhere when searching using multiple keywords relating to the issue

yeah that can be annoying if you wanted to make it where on your server all armor stands have arms you would have to use even more command blocks then normal some to make it when you place it it gets arms and some that auto-detect and replace the item with an item that has the {ShowArms:1} tag i can think of several ways this could be used also if you wanted to make it where a furnace with minecart drops inself instead of a furnace and a minecart or if you wanted to make it where you have a chance of not getting your lead back when you break it this would give map makers alot more possibilities
