I can report this issue has affected me. Running Minecraft (bedrock) version 1.16.50 on a iPad (8th Generation), with IPadOS 14.2. This occurred in world with seed -611662067. The world was not created with a realm (hence local to the iPad, which I think was different to the youtube video that Fors posted).
It only affected me early in this world. Re-creating the world with the same seed has failed to reproduce the problem, thus far. But it has been a work around for us.
