Oi maybe read the question before you mark it as a dupe and "resolved" when its not. Sorry but thats kinda lazy. I said that its not blocked by antivirus or firewall as i have exempted both. So dont send me a link saying thats the answer when its not. A solution for ONE is not a solution for ALL. There are many people on that thread that agree and are still having this issue.
