This also affects my current pc version of bedrock. (only from the add-on category) Packs have missing dependencies which have led to worlds crashing and (possibly) being corrupted (forced chunk generation over areas that have items from the affected packs) as well as the packs showing active in settings but no longer functioning/displaying elements in worlds (creative menu & where previously placed/spawned)
There is no way i have found to fix the errors themselves (refreshing does nothing) but, if the packs don't show up in your world (as listed above) you can go to storage> packs> click the pack and delete all data (do the same for all types of affected packs in the series. resource, behavior, etc ) Re-download from the market place and then they function as normal. don't re-enter your worlds with the packs until you re-download them (gives a 50/50% chance of crashing). (they still will display the dependency error but it will make it so they load in properly at least in my experience)
I would make sure to save several copies of your worlds just incase. Learned my lesson the hard way when a nearly 200 hour build i was working on is basically in the void now lol. (if this happens on realms you may be able to download an earlier version without the corruption. i have had varying levels of success)
