This is easily fixable by Just closing the game. By exiting Fullscreen, and pressing the X at the top right. Or using alt+f4 to force close out. And if those don't work you can right click the taskbar, click task manager, and right click on jawa.exe and hit end task. Rejoin and it should work.

If you updated this world from an old one to a new one then you can place blocks under the bedrock because the lowed Y level went to From Y 0 to Y -64.

This is just a weird visual bug that happens on this version. But if you use a release instead of a snapshot it should work. Otherwise it might be a texture pack that You are using but if you aren't then just change to a release it should solve the problem. Hope that helps!

This is just a wired bug with bedrock world generation I have too come across it. But the way to fix it is to simply update it, like place a block next to it and it will flow properly.
