Can confirm this happens when joining a world or leaving a world. Sometimes it says generating world: loading resources, and I've let it sit for 30 minutes or more sometimes, to no avail. If it happens I have to restart the game to get anywhere. This bug has been on Bedrock 1.14.60 hotfix on Xbox One for me
